Our Branch Managers (BM) are leaders in the community who promote and support local members within the City of Greater Sudbury. As a BM you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Branch by ensuring our employees are assisting members with products and services that they need to succeed in life. You will take pride in working with our financial experts so they can be successful in helping our members reach their financial goals.
What will you do?
As a BM you look after the financial health of our Members by coaching and mentoring those around you. You will provide training and support to our financial experts so they may continue to deliver superior member service. You will share in Sudbury Credit Union's commitment to its employees, members and community by building and maintaining strong relationships through various engagement strategies.
What will you need to succeed?
The successful candidate will require a PFP or CFP with a minimum of 5 years management experience in the finance industry. You will need leadership skills that inspire and motivate those around you.
