The Opportunity?

Our Member Service Representatives (MSR) are leaders in the community who promote and support local members within the City of Greater Sudbury. As a MSR you will be responsible for the financial health of our members by recommending products and services that they need to succeed in life. You will take pride in referring members to our financial experts so they can reach their financial goals. 

What will you do? 

As an MSR, you look after the financial health of our Members by conducting financial transactions for them on the frontline. You will create strong relationships with our members by understanding where they are in their financial life cycle.  You will educate members on products and services that are best suited to their current financial situation and you will refer more complex financial needs to our lending experts. You will share in Sudbury Credit Union's commitment to its employees, members and community by building and maintaining strong relationships through various engagement strategies. 

What will you need to succeed?

The successful candidate will require a post secondary diploma from an accredited College or University with a minimum of 2 years of retail or customer service experience. You will need a positive attitude, an appetite for continuous learning and a desire to help others maintain and reach their financial goals.   

Nice to have?

Fluency in both English and French or other languages is considered an asset

Location

Sudbury Credit Union has several locations throughout the City of Greater Sudbury and as such there is no guarantee of hours for part time and no guarantee of work location however for continuity of service to Members we try our best to keep you between two locations so our Members can benefit from the strong relationships you build with them.
